On the appeals of individuals and legal entities
According to the results of the analysis of appeals of individuals and legal entities following the results of the first quarter of 2022, 190 appeals were received in the office of the akim of Zhanakorgan district during the reporting period, 144 of them from individuals and 46 from legal entities.
Of the 144 applications received by individuals, 42 received responses to the requirements of the law on time, 92 were sent to the competent authorities for consideration in accordance with the requirements of the law. In the reporting period, 10 requests have a deadline for execution.
Of the 46 appeals received by legal entities, 7 received answers to the requirements of the law, 39 were sent to the relevant institutions for execution.

During the reporting period, according to the results of the first quarter of 2022, 157 letters with the note "For official use" were received in the office of the akim of the district, of which the incoming letter was 125, the outgoing 32 letters were sent by special communication to the relevant institutions. Of the 125 letters received by the institution, 27 received responses on time, 17 were sent to work on the management, and the remaining 81 letters have a deadline for execution.
