To obtain a certificate of the availability of an individual pension saving account (IPSA), you just need to go to the official website of UAPF JSC enpf.kz, and you will receive the necessary certificate in just five minutes. After you have entered the site, you need to go to your Personal Account using an electronic digital signature or a registered username and password. Then you go to the section "Get a certificate of the availability of an IPSA / application for opening an IPSA / a new version of the Pension Provision Agreement", then in the section "Get a certificate of the availability of accounts" download a ready-made certificate of the availability of an IPSA.
The QR code in the upper corner of the Help contains a web link to the electronic version of the document certified by the electronic digital signature of the authorized person of the UAPF. Please note that this web link is available within 1 (one) month from the date of issue of this document.
