On the suspension of the duties of a member of the precinct election commission

 In accordance with part 4) of paragraph 12 of Article 20 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", on the basis of the protocol of the Syrdarya District Election Commission dated February 09, 2022 "On registration as a candidate for akim of the village of Terenozek Sarsenov Bakitzhan Saktaganovich, nominated from the public association "People's Party of Kazakhstan", the Syrdarya District Election Commission decides:

1. Sarsenov Bakitzhan Saktaganovich, a candidate for akim of the village of Terenozek, Syrdarya district, suspend the performance of duties as a member of the precinct election commission of electoral precinct No. 157 during the election campaign.
2. Post this resolution on the Internet resource of the Syrdarya District Election Commission.
