On amendments to the decision of the Syrdarya district Maslikhat No. 479 dated December 31, 2020 "On the budget of the Shirkeyli rural District for 2021-2023"
In accordance with Article 109-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 "Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 2-7 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Syrdarya district Maslikhat DECIDED:
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the budget of the Shirkeyli rural district for 2021-2023 according to Annex 1, respectively, including for 2021 in the following volumes:
1) income – 78764 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues – 1607 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 27 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 77130 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 79532.9 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0;
budget loans – 0;
repayment of budget loans – 0;
4) balance on operations with financial assets – 0;
acquisition of financial assets – 0;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state-0;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – -768.9 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 768.9 thousand tenge;
receipt of loans -0;
repayment of loans – 2906.1;
the used balances of budget funds – 3675 thousand tenge;".
Annexes 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with annexes 1 to this decision.
