On amendments to the decision of the Syrdarya district Maslikhat No.

483 dated December 31, 2020 "On the budget of the Kalzhan Akhun rural district for 2021-2023"

 

 

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 75 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 "Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 2-7 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Syrdarya district Maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. To make the decision of maslikhat of Syrdarya district from December 31, 2020 No. 483 "On the budget of the rural district of Kalzhan Akhun for the years 2021-2023" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 8120 published in reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2020) the following changes:

paragraph 1 shall be amended in the new edition:

  1. Approve the budget of the rural district of Kalzhan Akhun in 2021 – 2023 according to annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following amounts

1) income – 53551 thousand tenge, including:

tax revenues -917 thousand tenge;

non-tax receipts - 50 thousand tenge;

transfer receipts – 52499 thousand tenge;

2) costs -53551 thousand tenge;

3) net budget lending – 0;

budget loans – 0;

repayment of budget loans – 0;

4) balance on operations with financial assets – 0;

acquisition of financial assets – 0;

proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state-0;

5) budget deficit (surplus) – - 0;

6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 0;

receipt of loans - 0;

repayment of loans – 0;

the used balances of budget funds – 135 thousand tenge.

  1. To establish for 2021 the volume of subventions transferred from the district budget to the budget of the rural district of Kalzhan Akhun in the amount of 45,395 thousand tenge.
  2. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2021 and is subject to official publication.
