An appeal is received to the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Kyzylorda region. In accordance with subparagraph 1) Paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2019 No. 229 " on the introduction of a moratorium on on-site inspections and preventive control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan " (hereinafter referred to as the decree) examines the likelihood of a mass threat to the life and health of the population, the environment, legality and public order
In accordance with paragraph 2 of the decree, a message is sent to the first head of the local executive body (Akim) for making a decision on the possibility of a massive threat to the life and health of the population, the environment, law and public order. (Appeals of state bodies on specific facts of causing harm to the Life, Health, Environment and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, the state in accordance with subparagraph 6) of Paragraph 3 of Article 144 of the business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on specific facts of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the failure to eliminate which leads to harm to the life and health of a person)
The decision (order) of the first head of the local executive body (akim) is developed and approved. (In accordance with the resolution of the Akimat of the Kyzylordaregion dated December 2, 2016 No. 652 "On approval of the Regulations of the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region")
In accordance with the requirements of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republicof Kazakhstan, a notification is issued to the audited entity, an act on theappointment of an audit is registered in the Departments of the Committee onLegal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of theRepublic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region and an unscheduled inspection iscarried out.
