In accordance with the register of public services, approved by the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/НҚ, local executive bodies of the Akimat of Kyzylorda provided 63 types of public services.
In 2022, 158,277 public services were provided in the city. Including:
- 130 thousand 317 services through the e-Government web portal (82.3%);
- 22,985 services through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (14.5%);
- 4,975 services were rendered directly through the offices of independent departments (3.2%).
The most demanded state services for the reporting period are services in the field of social protection of the population, land and architectural and urban planning activities, in particular:
- Public service "Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" 23 thousand 351 (14.8%).
- 20 thousand 172 (12.7%) public services were rendered under the service "Placing on the queue for obtaining a land plot".
- For the service "Appointment of state targeted social assistance"
rendered 16 thousand 500 (10.4%) public services;
The Akimat of the city is constantly taking measures to increase the receipt of services in electronic format through the services of the "Electronic Government" portal (holding information and explanatory events, fairs of public services, media coverage, distribution of brochures, showing videos in crowded places, etc.) . During the reporting period, 21 Articles, 150 materials and 38 videos were published.
In addition, it is aimed at promoting electronic public services within the city (along S. Beybarys street) and in suburban settlements and rural districts "E.gov web portal" placed 10 billboards.
In order to popularize the procedure for providing public services to the population of the city, as well as the provision of services in electronic form, 4 online fairs were held.
