On the basis of subparagraph 8-1) of Article 14 and subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Kyzylorda City Election Commission DECIDES:

1. To appoint the election of the akim of the Akzharma rural district for December 18, 2022.
2. To approve the calendar plan of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of the elections of the akim of the Akzharma rural district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
3. To publish this resolution on the website of the Kyzylorda City Election Commission and in the newspaper "Akmeshit Aptalygy".
