Lot No. 2 Kazalinsky district, Aiteke bi village, Zhankozha Batyr str. 3 km without a number, land plot with an area of 0.014 hectares, cadastral number 10-150-001-2627, the purpose of using the land plot on the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for a period of 2 (two) years the initial sale price is 13440.0 tenge, the amount of the guarantee fee for participation in the auction is 145 850.0 tenge;
Lot No. 3 Kazalinsky district, Aiteke bi village, Zhankozha Batyr str. 3 km from plot No. 562, with an area of 0.25 hectares, cadastral number 10-150-002-3089, purpose of use of the land plot" maintenance of buildings (structures and structures) " on the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for a period of 2 (two) years initial sale price 24 000,0 tenge, the amount of the guarantee fee for participation in the auction 145 850,0 tenge;
The auction host, first of all, announces the starting price and the order of price increase. The auction participants raise the price in the announced order. The order of change is approved in the amount of 5-10% of the current (initial) price of the object. The auction of the object is held at the maximum price offered. The auction driver repeats the last maximum price offered three times and, in the absence of another raised number (offer), announces the sale of the object with a special signaling device. The sale of an object is considered carried out if the number of persons participating in the auction of the object is not less than two people.
Terms of sale of land plots: in accordance with the intended purpose, it is necessary to carry out the removal of existing systems, recover the costs of land development for use, conclude a development contract, obtain an architectural and planning task for the design of the object, provide an easement, timely payment of land tax, legal justification of land plots with utilities, pay for the registration of a land management project.
The list of difficulties: to oblige to preserve seedlings located on the land plot, to ensure the possibility of unhindered penetration into the installation and operation of electric networks and communications, as well as water supply, heat supply, as well as other regulations necessary for state and public purposes.
To register as an auction participant, you must provide the following documents:
for individuals:
1) an application for participation in an auction for the sale of ownership (lease) of a land plot in the form of information;
2) a payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee, except for the case of payment by the bidder of the guarantee fee through the payment gateway of the "electronic government" ;
3) a document certifying the powers of the representative;
for legal entities:
1) an application for participation in an auction for the sale of ownership (lease) of a land plot in the form of information;
2) a payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee, except for the case of payment by the bidder of the guarantee fee through the payment gateway of the "electronic government" ;
3) a document certifying the powers of the representative.Participants have the right to provide any number of guarantee contributions, where one guarantee contribution gives the right to purchase one land plot or the right to lease a land plot.
Registration of auction participants is made from the date of publication of the notice and ends twenty-four hours before the start of the auction. Applications received after the deadline for acceptance and registration of applications are not considered.
The guarantee fee for participation in the auction for the sale of land plots is paid for each of the auction objects separately.

The seller's guarantee fee in the following cases:
1. refuse to participate in the auction less than three days before it is held;
2. The participant will not be returned if he does not meet the requirements imposed on him by this Regulation and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In other cases, the guarantee fees are refunded within five banking days after the auction period, and if the funds were credited to the buyer's account after the auction, then within five banking days from the date of their receipt.
Settlements under the contract of sale are made between the seller and the buyer:
1) an advance payment is made in the amount of 50% of the price set during the auction, no later than five banking days from the date of signing the contract of sale. The guarantee fee is credited to the account of the corresponding advance payment;
2) the remaining amount must be paid no later than thirty days from the date of signing the contract of sale.
Type and terms of payment:
Payment for the price of the item by the person who won the auction is carried out in fact and by means of transfers for a fee.
