Pension assets of Kazakhstanis amounted to KZT 22.64 trillion
As of February 1, 2025, the pension assets of Kazakhstanis in pension accounts in the UAPF amounted to about KZT 22.64 trillion. Over the past 12 months, pension assets have grown by over KZT 4.52 trillion (or 25%).
Pension savings formed through compulsory pension contributions (CPC) amounted to more than KZT 21.69 trillion tenge as of February 1, 2025, having increased by 23.8% over 12 months. The amount of pension savings through compulsory occupational pension contributions (COPC) is KZT 650.21 bln (an increase of 12.5% over 12 months). The largest increase over the past 12 months (45.2%) was shown by savings on voluntary pension contributions (VPC), which amounted to about KZT 8 bln.
The volume of employer’s compulsory pension contributions (ECPC), received from January 1, 2024 to the pension accounts of contributors (recipients), amounted to about KZT 270.08 billion
