In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "On Housing relations", the Akimat of the Kazalinsky district DECIDES:
1. Based on the protocol decision of the housing commission under the Akimat of the Kazalinsky district No. 08 dated December 30, 2024, to lease rental housing built for socially vulnerable segments of the population in the Kazalinsky district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The municipal state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kazalinsky district" (Iztilau river) should take the measures resulting from this resolution.
3. Control over the execution of the resolution is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of signing.
