In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "On Housing relations", the Akimat of the Kazalinsky district DECIDES:
Based on the protocol decision of the housing Commission under the Akimat of the Kazalinsky district No. 07 dated November 08, 2024, to lease housing buildings for socially vulnerable segments of the population in the Sakhalin region in accordance with the application to this regulation.
2. The municipal Government Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transportation and Automobile roads of the Sakhalin Region" (Iztilau River) to take measures resulting from the present regulation.
3. Control over the execution of the resolution is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of signing.
