On the provision of housing
from the state housing
fund
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "On housing relations", the Akimat of the Kazalinsky district DECIDES:
1. On the basis of the protocol decision of the housing commission under the Akimat of the Kazalinsky district No. 06 dated October 11, 2024, to lease rental housing built for socially vulnerable segments of the population in the Kazalinsky district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The municipal state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kazalinsky district" (R. Iztileu) shall take measures arising from this resolution.
3. To assign control over the execution of the resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of signing.
