On consideration of the strategic environmental assessment report
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 56 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the MPR) received the following documents for conducting a strategic environmental assessment (hereinafter - the SEA materials):
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of Basykara, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of Bekarystan bi Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of Zhankozha Batyr, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of Kaukey, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of Muratbayev, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of K. Pirimov, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of Tasaryk, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region"
- "Adjustment of development and development schemes (simplified master plan) of the rural settlement of U. Tuktibayev, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region".

We invite the public (all citizens and legal entities) to make their comments and suggestions on the following issues:
• can the implementation of the General Plan have significant environmental impacts, and if so, what are these impacts and why do you consider them significant?
• What environmental and public health impacts should be studied before approving the Master Plan and why?
• Does the SEA report cover all the information you are interested in about the possible significant impacts of the implementation of the Document on the environment and public health? What information are you interested in and why?
• Do you have any other comments and suggestions related to the possible impacts of the implementation of the General Plan on the environment and public health?
The period of validity of the strategic document: 2024-2040

The deadline for the procedure for receiving comments and suggestions: until December 20, 2024 (the last day for receiving comments and suggestions is December 20, 2024)
