Applications for participation in the competition are accepted in the municipal state institution "Department of Agriculture and land relations of Kazalinsky district", located at the address: 130 Zhankozha Nurmukhameduly Street, Aiteke bi Village, Kazalinsky district, from 900 hours on September 02, 2024 to 1900 hours on September 20, 2024.
We inform you that the venue of the competition will be the meeting hall of the akimat of Kazalinsky district at the address: Kazalinsky district, Aiteke bi village, Zhankozha Nurmukhameduly Street No. 130 on September 25, 2023 from 1000 O'clock.

For non - state legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan - information about the name of the legal entity, its location, State Registration (re-registration) as a legal entity, information about the heads and participants or shareholders of the applicant-legal entity, indicating the size of their shares in the authorized capital (from the total amount of authorized capital), information about the applicant's affiliates;
2) for individuals - surname, first name and patronymic of the applicant (if it is indicated in the identity document), place of residence, citizenship, personal identification number, information about the applicant's identity document;
3) the location of the land plot to which the applicant hopes;
4) competitive offer;
5) if the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting a peasant or farm Farm, the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for agricultural production, within three working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the need to sign a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) for a peasant or farm farm or an agricultural land plot for agricultural production.
An application for participation in the competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm farm, agricultural production may be submitted by authorized representatives of an individual or a non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of a power of attorney issued and executed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
