Place and time of the competition: September 25, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. at the address: Kazalinsky district, Ayteke bi village, Zhankozha Nurmukhameduly Street No. 130, meeting hall of the Akimat of Kazalinsky district.

For non-governmental legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the name of the legal entity, its location, information on state registration (re-registration) as a legal entity, information about the heads and participants or shareholders of the applicant - legal entity, indicating the size of their shares in the authorized capital (of the total amount of the authorized capital), information about the applicant's affiliates;
2) for individuals - surname, first name and patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document), place of residence, citizenship, individual identification number of the applicant, information about the identity document of the applicant;
3) the location of the land plot claimed by the applicant;
4) competitive offer;
5) if the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or agricultural production, the obligation to conclude the specified agreement within three working days from the date of receipt of notification of the need to sign a temporary paid land use (lease) agreement for agricultural land for farming or farming or agricultural production.
An application for participation in a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming, agricultural production may be submitted by authorized representatives of an individual or a non-governmental legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of a power of attorney issued and executed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
