On the results of checking the signatures of voters in support of the candidate for akim of the village of Aiteke bi of the Kazalinsky district Kartabaev Kazybek Karzhaubaevich
In accordance with article 113-4, subparagraph 2) paragraph 6 of Article 113-5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of a joint act of the territorial election commission of the Kazalinsky district and the department of migration service of the Kazalinsky district police Department dated June 19, 2024 No. 1, the territorial election commission of the Kazalinsky district DECIDES:
Consider that the candidate for akim of the village of Aiteke bi Kartabaev Kazybek Karzhaubaevich was supported by 1 (one) percent of the total number of voters of the village of Aiteke bi in the elections of akim of the village of Aiteke bi of the Kazalinsky district, scheduled for July 14, 2024.
To take as a basis for the registration of a candidate the protocol of the territorial election commission of the Kazalinsky district on the results of verification of signatures of voters in support of the candidate for akim of the village of Ayteke bi Syrgaliev Akylbek Kazhigalievich dated June 20, 2024 No. 38/367.
