On determining the compliance of the candidate for akim of the village of Aiteke bi Abiev Alibi Berikovich with the requirements imposed on him
by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the elections of akim of the village of Aiteke bi Kazalinsky district, scheduled for July 14, 2024
In accordance with Article 113-2 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the territorial Election Commission of the Kazalinsky district DECIDES:
To determine that the candidate for akim of the village of Ayteke bi Kazalinsky district Abiev Alibi Berikovich meets the requirements imposed on him by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
