On determining the compliance of the candidate for the mayor of the village of Aiteke bi Kartabayev Kazybek Karzhaubayevich with the requirements imposed on him by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the elections of the Akim of the village of Aiteke Bi of the Kazalinsky district, scheduled for July 14, 2024
In accordance with article 113-2, article 113-4 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995" on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the territorial election commission of Kazalinsky district decides:
1.establish that the candidate for Akim of Aiteke bi village of Kazalinsky district Kartabayev Kazybek Karzhaubayevich meets the requirements imposed on him by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.to collect signatures in support of the candidate for Akim of Aiteke bi village of Kazalinsky district, provide signature sheets in the required amount.
3.place this resolution on the official internet resource of the akimat of Kazalinsky district in the "Election" section.
