On signing sheets for collecting signatures in support of a candidate in the election of the mayor of the village of Aiteke bi, scheduled for July 14, 2024
In accordance with subparagraph 8-1 of Article 14, article 113-4 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan "and based on the resolution of the territorial election commission of Kazalinsky district dated June 05, 2024 No. ask-36/446" on the appointment of elections of the Akim of Aiteke bi village of Kazalinsky district", the territorial election commission of Kazalinsky district decides:
1.set the required number of signatures of the RAS in support of a candidate for mayor of Aiteke bi village of Kazalinsky district at least one percent of the total number of voters of this village, at least 284 (two hundred and eighty-four) signatures.
2.provide self-nominated candidates with a sufficient number of developed signature sheets.
3.place this resolution on the official internet resource of the akimat of Kazalinsky district in the "Election" section.
