On June 13, 2023, in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents on the nomination of a candidate by self-nomination for elections were submitted to the Territorial Election Commission of the Kazalinsky district:
akims of the village of Ayteke bi – Kartabaev Kazybek Karzhaubaevich, Syrgaliev Akylbek Kazhigalievich.
The Territorial Election Commission of the Kazalinsky district will establish the compliance of the candidate for election to the akim of the village of Aiteke bi with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law on Civil Service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.
According to the calendar plan for the election of the akim of the Sarykol rural district, scheduled for July 14, 2024, the nomination of candidates is carried out from 06 to 18 June this year (until 18-00 hours).
