On amendments to the decision of the Kazalinsky district Maslikhat No. 159 dated December 23, 2023 "On the budget of the Bozkol rural District for 2024-2026"
In accordance with Article 109-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 "Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2-7 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Kazalinsky district Maslikhat DECIDED:
To make the following changes to the decision of the Kazalinsky district Maslikhat No. 159 dated December 23, 2023 "On the budget of the Bozkol Rural District for 2024-2026" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 0000, published on December 29, 2023 in the reference control bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
"1. To approve the budget of the Bozkol rural district for 2024-2026 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2, 3, including for 2024 in the following volumes:
1) income – 99,819 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues – 4550 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets - 200 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 95,269 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 98,686 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 0;
budget loans – 0;
repayment of budget loans – 0;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0;
acquisition of financial assets – 0;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0;
5) budget deficit (surplus) – 2.1 thousand tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget – 2.1 thousand tenge.".
Annexes 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this decision.
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
