Of these, 3 were sent to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the procedure for consideration, 149 were reviewed within the time limits established by law, written responses were sent to the applicants explaining the requirements of the law.
The management of the Department organized and conducted 7 personal receptions of citizens.
During the periods covered by the analysis, there were no appeals from individuals and legal entities about corruption or other offenses against management employees and critical articles were not published in the media.
In this regard, the reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities by the head of the department is carried out weekly every Wednesday of the week from 16.00 - 18.00 hours, and deputy heads hold a reception of citizens weekly Thursday from 10.00 - 12.00 hours and Friday from 16.00 - 18.00 hours.
