Within the competence of the department, appropriate measures are being taken, according to the action plan of the Kyzylorda region for the implementation of the Action Plan for 2015-2017 for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 and countering the shadow economy, approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region dated June 3, 2015 No. 25.
With the participation of civil servants of the department, 2 classes were held, according to the approved schedule for the 9th month of 2022 of the legal comprehensive education on propaganda and clarification of the requirements of legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including seminars on explaining the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Legal training was conducted on 25.09.2022 with civil servants on the topic of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption".

The Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Kyzylorda Region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) has developed and approved an Action Plan for the prevention and Prevention of Corruption for 2022.

According to the plan, in order to prevent corruption in the management, legal classes are held once a month on an ongoing basis with the participation of the management team.
The requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service", "On Combating Corruption", "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal Entities", the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants and the amendments were explained at the classes.
In addition, various informational and artistic leaflets on the topics of corruption prevention are placed in the office premises of the department.
Also on December 10 of this year, the management team was widely presented with amendments and additions to the legislative acts on public service and anti-corruption adopted on November 26, 2019.
In order to eliminate corruption risks in the 1st half of this year, internal analytical work was carried out to identify corruption risks in the field of management activities.
