In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, when approving and clarifying the regional budget, it develops issues for a meeting of the regional budget commission.
Prepares budget applications in accordance with the Rules for the preparation and submission of budget applications. In connection with the clarification of the republican and regional budgets, they develop "budget programs", make changes and additions.
