A meeting of the sanitary staff was held

Today, the final meeting of the sanitary staff was held under the chairmanship of the akim of the district Serik Sermagambetov.
At a meeting of the headquarters, the heads of the allocated sector reported on the status of the work being carried out on the territory allocated to them in order to monitor the observance of cleanliness in the city.
According to the heads of the sector, 8 subbotniks have been held in the district since September. In the course of carrying out measures to clean up territories from garbage outside the city and on the streets, employees of the institution are involved, equipment for cleaning large areas is involved. In addition, in each sector, group leaders explained to residents about the need not to take out garbage in unauthorized places, street committees and gatherings with the participation of residents, and also told residents who violated the requirements about the measures that were taken within the framework of the law. Currently, the population is working on concluding contracts with Kuanyshbek LLP, responsible for cleanliness in the city.
During the meeting, slides were shown where the removed places in each sector were reset repeatedly.
The head of the district, after listening to the work done to date, told the heads of the sectors that in order to maintain the cleared lands in such a state, it is necessary to continuously conduct raid measures. In order to form a culture of cleanliness among the population, it was instructed to go around the designated territories daily and regularly warn residents. In addition, the coordination of work on the collection and removal of household waste from residential buildings where there are no garbage cans is entrusted to responsible specialists.
Akim of the district noted that at the end of the subbotnik, the main tasks remain the elimination of deficiencies in the work, full street lighting, monitoring the condition of playgrounds and alleys in each sector, regulating the appearance of business facilities, conducting explanatory work on concluding contracts with Kuanyshbek LLP for the construction of business facilities, social facilities and residential buildings.
Following the results of the meeting of the headquarters, the mayor of the city was instructed to fully use all video cameras that require repair, the district police department to monitor the safety of items decorated for the beauty of the city, to keep order and monitor the constant operation of traffic lights to responsible industry leaders. Articles and posts calling on the population to observe cleanliness were also uploaded, as well as open publications on social networks and mass media of persons who violated the requirements of the law, with facts of garbage dumping in unidentified places, informing about the results of sowing campaigns held in the autumn period.
