The changes made in connection with the universal declaration of income and property of individuals are explained
Today, under the chairmanship of the head of the district akim's office, Ethics Commissioner N. Bokhayev, a legal training on the universal declaration and ethical norms and rules of conduct of civil servants was held.
The seminar was attended by heads of departments of the district akimat, civil servants and civil servants of the city akim's office.
First, the chief specialist of the State Revenue Department for the Aral Region, A. Bagymbaeva, explained in detail about the changes made to the universal declaration of income and property of individuals from January 1, 2021, presenting in practice the declaration of one civil servant in the form of 250.00.
Then the head of akim of the district, the Commissioner for ethics N. Bogaev, in accordance with the letter of the head of Department of the Agency for civil service Affairs of Kyzylorda region, the Chairman of the Board of ethics R. Bisenova of 12 February, stopped at the actions of civil servants akimat of Aral district who have committed administrative offenses. Administrative offenses in the district, 63 offenses were identified out of 188 state employees.
In the future, it is necessary to strictly observe the ethical norms and rules of conduct of civil servants.
In addition, within the framework of the above-mentioned administrative offenses, the disciplinary issue of a number of civil servants who committed gross misconduct will be considered by the district disciplinary commission.
At the seminar, held in a free format, the participants asked questions on the issues discussed, exchanged views.
He also noted that in the next stream, similar legal training will be conducted in an online format for mayors of settlements, rural districts and civil servants of the offices of mayors of rural districts subordinate to the district akimat.
