In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Aral Regional Referendum Commission DECIDES:
1. Appoint Sagynbayuly Nauryzbek to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 29, Zhubanyshov Sabyrzhan Zhaksylykbayevich, Sadykov Karasai Serikbayevich to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 33, Makhambetiyarov Dauren Bauyrzhanovich to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 41, Zhalgasbayeva before election in accordance with the procedure established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Kulshat Zhaksygulovna, Yesenova Kulyash Agytaevna to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 44, Abishova Nuraly Kalievich to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 49, Ondasynova Salima Duisengalievna to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 50, Alibekov Kaysar Alibekovich to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 51, Burkhanova Kamshat Muratovna to the precinct commission of the referendum No. 55, created in the Aral district.
2. Send the resolution to the Aral district Maslikhat and the relevant precinct commissions of the referendum.
