In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Aral Regional Referendum Commission DECIDES:
1. On the basis of a written application, release from duties in the commission: member of the precinct commission of the referendum No. 29 Seraliev Kaysar Otepbayevich, members of the precinct commission of the referendum No. 44 Abishov Nuraly Kaliovich, Kalkanbayeva Gulimkhan Aldanazarovna, member of the precinct commission of the referendum No. 49 Ulekeshov Nurbolat Halimovich, member of the precinct commission of the referendum No. 50 Tazhimbetova Gulhamar Zhupanovna, member of the precinct commission of the referendum No. 55 Ondasynova Salima Duisengalievna created within the framework of the Aral region in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. Send this resolution to the relevant precinct referendum commissions and the Aral District Maslikhat.
