The district maslikhat announces the holding of elections instead of 1 member of precinct election commission No. 29, 2 members of precinct election commission No. 44, 1 member of precinct election commission No. 49, 1 member of Precinct election commission No. 50, 1 member of Precinct Election Commission No. 55, established in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan".
In accordance with the requirements of the Constitutional Law, each political party and public association that does not have its representatives in the above-mentioned election commission has the right to submit one candidate to the relevant election commission.
Proposals from political parties and public associations and the higher election commission are accepted from May 6 to May 20, 2022.
The submission must indicate the applicant's surname, first name, patronymic, year, date, month of birth, nationality (with the consent of the applicant), education, specialty, place of service, position, office phone, apartment phone, signed by the heads of political parties or public associations, a higher election commission.
The following documents must be submitted to the above information:
- an extract from the protocol of political parties or public associations, as well as a higher election commission on the nomination of a candidate to the said election commission;
- a copy of the document on the registration of political parties or other public associations in the judicial authorities;
- a personal sheet of the established sample for the candidate, surname, first name, patronymic, year of birth, nationality, education, membership in a political party, place of service, position, place of residence, contact phone numbers, a copy of the identity card;
- a candidate's application addressed to the secretary of the district maslikhat for consent to work as a member of the relevant election commission.
