2. The ballots were made with a reserve of 1 percent of the total number of voters in the electoral district and delivered to the polling station. The room where the ballots are located has been sealed and secured by the internal affairs bodies.
3. The polling station is equipped with voting facilities in accordance with the Instructions approved by the resolution of the Central Election Commission.
There are information posters about candidates at the polling station, stands with the necessary information about the composition of commissions, telephones of higher commissions, prosecutor's offices and courts, Rules of conduct in the voting room approved by the resolution of the precinct election commissions.
The necessary conditions have been created for citizens with special needs to vote. Fishing corners are organized at the polling station and fishing booths are equipped. Stencils for the visually impaired were made using Braille and corresponding audio clips and magnifiers.
