In connection with the cancellation of the "Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 9, 2007 and the adoption of the new "Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 2, 2021, the decision of the Aral District Maslikhat No. 110 dated November 8, 2017 "On approval of the Rules for the management of ownerless waste recognized by a court decision as having entered communal ownership" is canceled.
