Guided by article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in connection with the early termination of the powers of the Akim of the city of Aralsk, the District Election Commission DECIDES:
1. To form the Aralsk electoral district within the borders of the city of Aralsk for the election of the akim of the city of Aralsk.
2. To appoint the election of the mayor of the city of Aralsk on November 14, 2021 (Sunday).
3. To approve the calendar plan of measures for the preparation and conduct of the elections of the akim of the city of Aralsk, scheduled for November 14, 2021.
4. Post this resolution on the website of the Aral District Election Commission and give a message in the district newspaper "Tolkyn".
