In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of the Aral District DECIDES:
1. To provide candidates on a contractual basis with premises for meetings with voters in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. To recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the Aral district No. 17-k dated January 27, 2016"On providing candidates with premises for meetings with voters on a contractual basis "(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5338, published on February 10, 2016 in the newspaper "Tolkyn" and on March 17, 2016 in the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Adilet").
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the Deputy akim of the Aral district, R. Uteshov.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of the first official publication.
