National Guard Servicemen of the Republic of Kazakhstan Held a Meeting with Pre-Conscription Youth at the Capital's School-Lyceum № 37

A meeting between representatives of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan and students of grades 9–11 took place at School-Lyceum № 37 in Astana.

The event was initiated by the Public Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the aim of raising teenagers' awareness of military service, the role of the National Guard, and fostering patriotism and responsibility toward their homeland.

The deputy battalion commander for educational and social-legal work of military unit 5573, Captain Aikyn Amantaev, addressed the students.

- Today, you have great opportunities ahead of you, and one of them is serving in the ranks of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is not just about fulfilling a military duty but a true school of courage, discipline, and patriotism. Our servicemen carry out important tasks: guarding strategic facilities, participating in special operations, and maintaining public order. However, not only physical and combat readiness matter—moral qualities are just as important. Respect, camaraderie, and discipline are what shape a young man into a true citizen of his country. You are the future of Kazakhstan. Remember: only a strong-spirited person can overcome challenges and become an example for others! - Captain Aikyn Amantaev emphasized.

A serviceman from the capital brigade, Private Anuar Zhakuov, shared his personal experience in the military. Afterward, an interactive session on physical fitness standards was organized for the students. An additional highlight of the event was a short performance by 7th-grade students from the military-patriotic association "Zhas Sarbaz."

At the end of the meeting, Captain Amantaev presented a letter of appreciation on behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard to the director of the school-lyceum. Additionally, a member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Laura Zhakuova, delivered an anti-bullying message, emphasizing the importance of unity and mutual respect among young people.

As a result of the event, students gained valuable knowledge about military service and patriotic duty, while the organizers expressed confidence in the necessity of continuing such meetings in the future.
