National Guard Officer Disarms Armed Hooligan

In Petropavlovsk, an officer of the National Guard successfully disarmed an armed hooligan.\

That evening, the serviceman was returning from visiting relatives when he noticed an intoxicated individual in a residential courtyard, waving an object resembling a pistol at passersby.

Without hesitation, the officer approached the suspect, who then pointed the weapon at him. Demonstrating quick reflexes and hand-to-hand combat skills, the captain neutralized the individual and restrained him until the arrival of law enforcement officers.

The guard officer then handed the offender over to the police patrol, ensuring public safety.
