In Astana, the Exemplary Band of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a ceremonial parade dedicated to State Symbols Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event, organized on the initiative of the law and order troops with the support of the Saryarka district akimat of the capital, became a vivid and patriotic highlight among the series of festivities aimed at instilling respect for the country’s state symbols — the Flag, Emblem, and Anthem.
The National Guard’s Exemplary Band demonstrated a high level of professionalism and became a true ornament of the celebration. Residents and visitors of the city greeted the military musicians with enthusiasm — many, unable to contain their emotions, proudly sang along to familiar melodies along the Esil River embankment.
— State Symbols Day reminds each of us of the importance of patriotism and respect for the history and culture of our country. Events like these help pass on this sense of pride to the younger generation, — noted Colonel Olzhas Kudaykulov, Head of the National Guard’s Military Band Center.
During the parade, servicemen of the Honor Guard Company carried the national Flag of Kazakhstan, and the Guardsmen musicians performed the National Anthem on an outdoor stage.
The ceremonial parade adorned the city's evening atmosphere and reminded citizens of the deep meaning of the state symbols as embodiments of national unity and independence.
It’s worth noting that on June 4, a grand concert featuring the Exemplary Band and the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard will take place, also dedicated to State Symbols Day.
