National Guard Cadet Develops Textbook on Professional Image Formation

A new academic initiative has been implemented at the National Guard Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Petropavlovsk. Fourth-year cadet Alexander Karpenko has authored a textbook dedicated to the development of the professional image of a teacher-psychologist. The textbook was developed in collaboration with his academic advisor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Academy Professor Amangeldy Imanov.

Titled "Technology for Forming the Professional Image of a Teacher-Psychologist", the textbook outlines the methodological foundations of technologies for shaping the professional activity of future officers. The material is currently undergoing piloting among master's students at the Academy.

The textbook is based on research by both Kazakhstani and international scholars in the relevant field and includes diagnostic tools and practical examples. The publication is protected by copyright and is expected to become a valuable methodological resource for professionals exploring issues of professional development at the intersection of pedagogy and military science.

It is worth noting that Alexander Karpenko hails from the city of Shymkent. Since childhood, he dreamed of serving in the military like his father.

Today, Alexander is completing his studies at the Academy in the command and tactical specialty related to automotive support. His name may soon be remembered not only for his service but also for his contribution to military pedagogy.
