As part of the digital transformation of audit activities, April 15 this year. The Committee, together with the Center for Electronic Finance JSC, organized training sessions for territorial Departments on the new function of the Online Budget Monitoring module, which provides for the automatic generation and distribution of notifications to monitoring objects for risk payments.
Previously, information from the MBM system was uploaded in Excel format, after which, based on manual sampling of risky cases, response letters were sent through the DOCUMENTOLOG document management system. Now it's becoming a thing of the past.
The new MBM function provides for the automation of the formation and sending of notifications on financial transactions containing signs of risks.
It is noteworthy that each OBM notification is assigned a unique code with territorial affiliation by analogy with state registration plates, and the status is recorded all the way from creation and direction to the monitoring object to execution.
This solution can significantly reduce the total time for processing big data and preparing notifications.
The Committee will continue to develop digital tools for remote monitoring and audit.
