On April 3 of this year, Deputy Chairman of the Internal State Audit Committee Murat Orazbay held a working meeting with the leadership of the territorial Departments on the use of the Online Budget Monitoring module and its development prospects.
During the meeting, the current results of the Module for the 1st quarter of 2025 were considered, as well as the prospects for the development of the digital tool used were discussed, which include the introduction of the function of rechecking receipts for the payment of excessively transferred funds to employee cards, a mechanism for their remote payment through banking mobile applications and the development of an analytical constructor in the Module for compiling analytical and reporting information within the system.
Also, the results of successful testing and implementation of functionality for automatic generation and sending of notification within the framework of the Module were brought to the attention of the territorial Departments. Now this will increase the efficiency when working with the system, as well as minimize labor costs when processing big data.
Summing up the meeting, Murat Orazbai instructed to take a set of measures to improve the efficiency of the Module, including the special importance of ensuring the proper level of interaction with the administrators of monitoring facilities, taking policy measures in relation to facilities that repeatedly allow risk payments, as well as the need to hold an expanded meeting with the participation of regional akimat departments in order to explain the preventive component of the measures taken.
