ROUND TABLE: "Frequent Administrative Violations in the Financial Sector, Their Causes and Conditions"

Almira Zharkeeva, Deputy Head of the Kostanay Region Internal State Audit Department, and Chief Legal Specialist, Tanat Smailov, participated in a round table discussion on the topic "Frequent Administrative Violations in the Financial Sector, Their Causes, and Conditions." The event was organized to discuss pressing issues in law enforcement practices and to develop recommendations for preventing violations.

During the round table, participants reviewed the main types of frequent administrative violations in the financial sector and discussed the causes and conditions that contribute to their occurrence. Special attention was paid to the compliance with the "Public Procurement Law" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In their presentations, Almira Zhorilkaskynkyzy Zharkeeva and Tanat Topyshuly Smailov detailed the typical mistakes made by civil servants during public procurement. They also emphasized the importance of conducting timely and high-quality seminars and consultations aimed at explaining the requirements of regulatory legal acts and improving legal culture among civil servants.

As a result of the discussion, recommendations were made to hold regular seminars and consultations for all civil servants to enhance their awareness and competence in complying with the "Public Procurement Law" of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These events are expected to reduce the number of violations and contribute to the more efficient and transparent use of public funds.
