Every day, government agencies in Kazakhstan send all their accounting data to a single centralized system called ECHD BO. This is a shared secure repository where financial information from across the country is collected. This approach allows data to be stored securely, reports to be generated quickly, and analysis to be performed.

As a result, government agencies have switched to remote auditing of financial statements using cloud accounting. This means that auditors can now check financial transactions in real time without visiting them in person. This approach significantly reduces paperwork and simplifies the work of government agencies.

The new system includes a feature that allows primary documents to be attached directly to electronic accounting systems, which increases automation and improves control over budget processes.

The introduction of these technologies will help prevent possible manipulation of accounting records and increase the reliability of the consolidated financial statements of the republican budget with the formation of consolidated financial statements for the entire country.

Currently, remote auditing of financial statements is being conducted on a pilot basis in 10 central government agencies. After the pilot is completed, an audit report will be provided with an assessment of the reliability of the financial statements based on the monitoring results.
