Doctoral Students of the Academy of Public Administration Visited the Constitutional Court

A meeting between the Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bakhyt Nurmukhanov, and doctoral students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Constitutional Court.

The meeting took place as part of the elective course "Legal Foundations of Public Administration." One of the key topics of the course is the study of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the institution of constitutional control.

The Academy’s students were introduced to the existing system of checks and balances, its role in public administration, and the mechanisms of constitutional control. Real-life examples of completed constitutional proceedings and adopted decisions were discussed to illustrate the practical aspects of constitutional oversight.
