The Constitutional Court was visited by judges of the EAEC Court of Justice

The delegation of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC) headed by the Chairman Alexey Dronov paid a courtesy visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Chairman and judges of the EAEU Court spoke about the activities and peculiarities of the proceedings of the judicial body of the Community.

Chairperson of the Constitutional Court Elvira Azimova familiarized the guests with the activities of Kazakhstan's constitutional control body. The participants of the meeting exchanged views on the correlation of national and supranational legal norms, the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law in matters of ensuring law and order, as well as on the prospects for information exchange and cooperation for scientific and practical purposes.
