Today is World Postal Day

October 9 is World Post Day, established by the Universal Postal Union. Kazakhstan has been a member of the UPU since 1992 and issues its own postage stamps.

On September 7, 2023 Joint Stock Company “Kazpochta” put into circulation a commemorative postage stamp dedicated to the Constitution of Kazakhstan, the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the beginning of the Constitutional Court.
