Exchange of views on the role of constitutional review in rulemaking

The judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan met with the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation Mikhail Lobov.

During the meeting, the judges exchanged views on the role of constitutional control in rulemaking. In particular, they discussed the issues of activities to eliminate legal uncertainty and legal contradictions through constitutional control, the execution by state bodies of the decisions of the constitutional court on the results of verification of compliance with the Constitution, as well as the consideration of general and special courts in their practice.
