In his speech, the judge gave specific examples of citizens' appeals that found a fair solution through the Constitutional Court, which was a new step in strengthening the legal system of Kazakhstan.

One of the significant changes was the re-establishment of the Constitutional Court in 2023, which now gives the citizens of Kazakhstan the opportunity to directly address appeals on the constitutionality of normative acts.
