Judges of the Constitutional Court participated in an international conference

Judges of the Constitutional Court Sergey Udartsev and Aigul Kydyrbayeva took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Independent and fair court - a condition for the establishment of a new Kazakhstan”. The conference organized by the University “Turan” on the initiative and with the support of Professor Zholymbet Baishev. Prof. Baishev previously worked as a judge of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, judge, Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The conference was attended by members of Parliament, heads, judges and staff of the Supreme Court and the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as legal scholars from various universities and research institutes.

Judge of the Constitutional Court Sergey Udartsev made an online presentation on “The first monograph on the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan”.

In his speech he spoke about the history of the development of Kazakhstan's constitutional control body, noted the monograph by Zholymbet Baishev, which was the first study on the evolution of the development of the system of constitutional control, its role in the system of public administration of Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
