On the eve of Children's Day, the Constitutional Court organized an Open Day for schoolchildren in Astana, Almaty and Shymkent.

Young Kazakhstanis were told by the staff of the Apparatus about the provisions of the Constitution, which enshrine the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the system of state power and justice, the role of constitutional values in the spiritual and moral formation and development of personality, the role of patriotism and citizenship in the concept of “Fair Kazakhstan - honest citizen”.

During the sightseeing tour children got acquainted with the activities of the body of constitutional control for ensuring the supremacy of the Constitution.

This event was organized on the initiative of employees within the concept of “Fair Kazakhstan - honest citizen”. The tasks of this concept were outlined by the Head of State Kasym-Jomart Tokayev at the second meeting of the National Kurultai. Independence and patriotism, Unity and Solidarity, Justice and Responsibility, Law and Order, Hard Work and Professionalism, Creation and Innovation were identified as ideological foundations.
