Foreign scholars visited the Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court hosted an introductory meeting with the participants of the scientific and pedagogical seminar “Protection of constitutional rights through administrative justice in Germany, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan”, organized by Maqsut Narikbayev University. 

The guests who arrived from Germany, Uzbekistan and Ukraine were welcomed by the Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elvira Azimova, noting the importance of partnership relations of the constitutional control body with representatives of the scientific community.

Judges of the CC Udartsev S.F., Podoprigora R.A. and Zhatkanbaeva A.E. familiarized the participants with some aspects of the activities of the Kazakhstan Constitutional Court. At the end they answered the questions the guests were interested in.

In turn, foreign scientists noted the progressive development of Kazakhstan in the field of human rights protection and thanked the judges of the Constitutional Court for the warm welcome and detailed information provided.
